How the magic happens

At our company, we specialize in creating stunningly themed glamping settings that are designed to achieve a complete and cohesive look. It's important to note that we only offer rentals for entire settings, rather than individual items. We take full responsibility for the setup and breakdown of our glamping experiences to ensure that they meet our high standards. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping or pickup options for consistency's sake. Trust us to deliver an unforgettable glamping experience that will exceed your expectations.

  • While we work, we kindly ask that parents keep children away from the setup area to ensure their safety and to keep the surprise a secret.

  • For outdoor picnic setups, please turn off the sprinkler system the day before the event to avoid a wet lawn.

  • Please make sure to return everything included in the setup in the same good condition as you received it. Any broken item will be charged in full. A broken tent will cost $100.

  • It's important to note that we are responsible for disassembling and picking up our setup only. We do not handle the full cleaning of your space after the party. We are only responsible for cleaning our inventory.

                 Set up and takedown

  • Our work team is composed of two or more people, and it will take around two hours to set up a party with six tents. Depending on the event's schedule, we will set everything up on the same day or the day before.

  • Before our team arrives, please ensure that the designated setup area is free of furniture and clean. We will not move furniture or clear the area for you. It's very important that we don't waste any time waiting for you to clean the space since we have a schedule to follow and need to make sure we arrive at our next destination on time.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your event, please make sure to do it at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. In case you fail to do so, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you have booked an outdoor bell tent or an outdoor luxury picnic, and the event needs to be canceled due to poor weather conditions on the day, we will reschedule it for you on a different day.

  • We recommend sending a rain date invitation to ensure that we can also work with the new date.

PAYMENT:

  • A 30% deposit fee payment is required at the time of booking to secure the date and theme requested.
